Job Description:
Knowledge and ability to manage park and building construction, renovations and capital replacement. A Bachelors degree in landscape architecture, park management, business or related field. Minimum five years project management experience. Registered Landscape Architect, Professional Engineers License or Project Manager Certificate. Working knowledge of building trades, landscaping, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite of programs is required. Duties: Plan, coordinate and supervise capital improvements and operational projects for the District. Responsible for all aspects of project management from design through completion.
