Job Description:
Follow and uphold office RA/VSI chart. Establishes project contractual agreements including Architect's fees, determines project schedules, statements of probable costs, aid in staffing individual projects, selection and management of engineering consultants. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for assignment of project personnel. Insures compliance with office quality standards. Represents the company in a wide variety of public forums. Organizes, directs, and coordinates individual project teams on multiple projects from project conception through completion of construction. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project management reports for themselves and others to verify project status; fee, schedule, profitability. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Architecture Degree from an accredited school of architecture; minimum ten years practical experience working with multi-million dollar projects and project teams consisting of three to five members. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Currently licensed in the State of Kansas and in good standing with the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions.
