General Responsibilities: Position may require scheduling on multiple construction projects at the same time. Provide support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, and construction activities in support of projects. Prepare baseline schedules. Provide required analysis to determine impacts on the program schedule. Provide oversight and incorporation of sub-contract schedules into master schedule. Provide scheduling support in reconciliation of impacts of proposed changes. Analyze project planning and schedule updates as well as delays. General Requirements Experience in one or more of the following areas: construction management, scheduling and schedule analysis, and/or project controls advisory services Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, is preferred. Scheduling candidates must have prior experience and training with Primavera scheduling software. Proficient in Word, Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work loads Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful Ability to work well under pressure Professional, confident demeanor and appearance Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition, and enthusiasm Able to delegate and supervise the work of others Excellent communication and presentation skills and exhibits a strong executive presence Capable of defending positions with rationale arguments Team player with positive and energetic attitude POSITION CLASSIFICATION:
