Job Description:
This person will be responsible for overseeing the entire Construction project phase of site development, including all civil construction functions. This will be including but not limited to evaluation of general contractor work product, coordination of mobilization efforts, and management of general contractor job quality, safety standards, and punch lists. This person will be functionally accountable to the Site Development Project Lead.The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to: Read and understands construction drawings Coordinates and evaluates bids Understands and adheres to job site health and safety standards. (Familiar with OSHA GC guidelines) Manage punch-list and job acceptance Required Skills: A minimum of 2-5 years of wireless telecom construction/5-7 years of general construction is required. This person must have overall knowledge of civil construction techniques, understand and interpret local jurisdictional requirements Microsoft Project / Microsoft Windows, Excel and MS Word.
