KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Knowledge of complex commercial construction, building codes and requirements, and generally accepted building practices and principles; * Skilled in the use of computers, copiers, and general office equipment; * Ability to work well with individuals, work with little supervision, perform well under heavy workloads, manage time efficiently, and learn new software programs quickly and efficiently; * Skilled in verbal, written, and interpersonal communications. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS Position has exposure to all weather conditions, extreme temperatures, chemical fumes, standard office conditions, chemicals, electrical and mechanical hazards. This position is security sensitive and requires a criminal background check. QUALIFICATIONS Some college education in construction management, architecture, engineering or related with a minimum of 5 years of construction project supervision experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
