Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: - Strong organization and supervisory skills.- Knowledge of Proof of Performance testing procedures.- Budgeting and P/L experience- Strong team motivator- Proven customer service skills- Knowledge of cable television products and services.- Technical field experience- Ability to coach, supervise and train others- Ability to use personal computer and software applications and general knowledge of computer hardware architectures- Ability to communicate and negotiate construction contracts with vendors in conjunction with Comcast engineering- In-depth knowledge of cable construction- Extensive knowledge of Electric Code and Power Specifications- WOrking knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with CAD programs desired- Strong working knowledge of cable television architecture and RF and optical design- Supervisory and project management experience desiredMinimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or the recognized equivalent in work experience or a combination of work experience and education. Minimum 1 to 3 years in a technical background or utility construction. Aerial and underground construction and design experience. Supervisory experience. A valid PA driver's license with a good driving record.
