Job Description:

The Dallas Office is seeking an experienced Design Director who will be responsible for guiding the design of projects, mentoring promising junior designers and participating nationally in the growth and evolution of the firm. Responsibilities will include participation in our national 'excellence in design' initiative headed up by Ralph Johnson and including top designers from each of our offices. You will also partner with the Managing Principal of the Dallas and Houston offices to set the design vision for the Texas Region. This position requires 15+ years professional experience and licensure. We are looking for someone whose portfolio represent award winning designs. Advanced skills in design, design process, presentations and leading teams are required. Skills in 3D sketching and computer modeling a plus. Prior experience with a variety of Healthcare, Science + Technology and Higher Education projects is desirable.
