Candidate must have 10-15 years' of experience as a Landscape Architect and must have experience in the areas of Higher Education, Recreation and Private Development business areas. Specialty skills will need to include master planning abilities, graphic presentation capabilities, construction document preparation and some construction administration background. Initially the candidate will function as a senior project manager with the opportunity to grow into a Group Manager position for a staff of 10-15 individuals within a multi-disciplinary office environment.
