New Jersey. Compensation is commensurate with experience.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a small project team and ensuring the completion of assigned project staff activities. This individual will provide continuous support of monitoring responsibilities and field based staff, including the following activities: Tracking and reporting project status to management according to templates/timelines required. Act as principle liaison between sponsor, CRO (Clinical Research Organization) and investigator sites. Providing input to clinical trial budget and in house agreements as well as negotiate investigator site budgets and monitor investigator payments.Requirements:Position requires 4+ yrs of clinical research experience, including at least 12 months of monitoring experience and 1-2 years as a Project Manager of clinical studies. Must posses at least a Bachelors degree or RN.
