Job Description:
Retrieval of internal information from corporate databases, internet sites, and/or other internal and external sources; ' Development of protocol-specific questionnaires within the course of external feasibility studies or site pre-qualification process; ' Coordination of worldwide external feasibility surveys; ' Analysis and integration of the feasibility results from the external surveys into full reports, brief text, or slides as required; ' Active support to the development and update of internal department tools and projects (e.g. FEG database, literature search, PEAT); Relationships Reports To Senior Feasibility & Strategy Manager Directly Supervises None Provides Work Direction to Site specialists Works Closely with Feasibility & Strategy Managers, Medical Advisors, Account Managers, Clinical Research Directors, Directors Project Management, External Relationships Clients External sub-contractors Key Accountabilities ' Able to retrieve and compile relevant information from the PAREXEL databases or external sources within short timelines (Investigator Database, FEG Database, PEAT, PAREXEL Global Experience Database, Internet, literature). ' Analyze study outline and identify possible medical, logistic, and/or regulatory issues prior to development of protocol-specific questionnaire. Ensure the use of the appropriate FEG questionnaire template depending on the objective of the feasibility survey. ' Support the Project Managers and Clinical Leads with the development of site pre-qualification questionnaire. ' Train and support the site specialists in relation to their implication and role in local feasibility studies. Coordinate their activity during external surveys and ensure collection of sufficient feedback including country specific information from all investigated countries. Escalate possible resource issues for feasibility services to the Senior Feasibility & Strategy Manager. ' Maintain status tables for the external feasibility studies including tracking of sites contacted, signed confidentiality agreements (if applicable), questionnaires sent and received, and interested sites. ' Provide the information collected through the feasibility questionnaires regarding protocol design review, patient pools and enrolment forecast, and clinical site capabilities and interest under a tabulated format. ' Review and analyze all information retrieved from external investigation, as appropriate, and compile summary and conclusions into feasibility report, text, and/or slides within the allowed timelines.
