SDET, C#, Automation, Testing, .NET, SQL Server

Our Engineering team has a long-term opportunity for an intermediate to senior level SDET to create test automation for enterprise level applications. If you have at least 5 years of combined experience as a QA Engineer and automation development please consider this opportunity!

Job Requirements:

* Designs, implements and supports automated test harnesses developed in C# with SQL Server backend.

* Strong skills and knowledge in programming languages and protocols such as.NET, C#, T-SQL, XML, etc.

* Good understanding of relational database concepts, analytical applications and services and reporting tools

* Good understanding of data models, ERs, metrics and calculations

* Demonstrated experience in testing reporting, data marts and cube based applications is helpful

* Strong skills and knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server or similar technologies

* Familiarity with the Microsoft platform technologies such as Windows 2003 Server, BizTalk, IIS, etc.

* Demonstrated experience in developing test plans, specifications and scripts

* Demonstrated experience in testing tools and techniques

* Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Computer Science preferred

* Experience working with relevant technologies such as those below preferred

* Good understanding of SDLC methodology

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly desired:

* Strong understanding of Business Intelligence systems concepts and technologies such as Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and Analysis Services, Informatica, Siebel Analytics, PerformancePoint, Excel Services and related technologies

* Experience testing decision support solutions using SQL Server
