Senior Project Manager, Construction Installations - Berkeley, CASummaryWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager to join our team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* This person will be responsible for overseeing oversee installation projects throughout the Western United States. We construct large-scale (200kW - 3 MW) solar electric projects around the world, and our Project Managers are the best in the field.Education and Experience* Candidates must have extensive commercial construction project management experience and excellent administrative skills. They must demonstrate strong supervisory skills and be able to qualify and oversee a variety of subcontractors. In addition, candidates must be able to read blueprints and electrical diagrams and work well with Sales and Engineering teams. Experience with steel structures and electrical contracting is strongly preferred.Qualifications* 5 years of commercial construction experience with 7 years in project management is required. An interest or experience in alternative energy, distributed generation, energy efficiency, and/or green building is a plus.
