Job Description:

This role manages, coordinates and executes group assignments turned over by the Sales Department. Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to meeting space, food and beverage, AV and special requests. Responsible for maximizing food and beverage revenues from assigned groups by solicitation of affiliate business and up selling. Effectively communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group's needs while maintaining a good client relationship. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Flexible schedule required to include weekends. Must enjoy working in a fast paced team environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year catering sales and convention services experience preferred. Previous food and beverage experience preferred in either sales or operations.
