Job Description:

An institutional investment management company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 5-10 years of finance or accounting experience. The candidate will provide a broad array of financial support to the real estate group, including financial analysis, budgeting, accounting and project management. Finance lead for the real estate group responsible for establishing financial control and implementing a robust accounting process. Provide financial analysis leadership pertaining to real estate strategic planning. Collaborate with real estate management to establish multi-year capital and operating plans. Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget variances on a monthly basis for all Real Estate projects. Assume a leadership role in the oversight of financial data originating from the real estate group. Participate in the implementation of a real estate project costing system. Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus) is needed. Real estate finance experience is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. PeopleSoft General Ledger and/or Project Costing experience is a plus.
