Job Description:
 A chain of bakery-cafes delivering fresh, artisan bread seeks Restaurant Managers with 1-2 years’ food restaurant management experience in full service or quick casual concepts, along with the understanding of basic financial (P&L) performance numbers. The candidate will assist the general manager in the supervision of all bakery-cafe operations. Responsible for executing shifts, cash handling compliance, managing P&L factors, associate relations, and adherence to standards. Facilitate shared accountability and execution in bakery-cafe; assist in key decisions, judgments, and problem solving. Hire, train, motivate, and coach associates. Assist in financial responsibility for growing business through increased sales, controls and maximizing margins on short and long term plans, and P&L statements. The preferred candidate should have AA or B.A. in related field. Knowledge of relevant restaurant equipment, systems, policies, and procedures preferred. Basic computer knowledge required. Should have the ability to speak English language.
