FreemanWhite seeks a registered architect with at least 10 years of post registration experience for a strategic position in our San Diego office. Heavy experience with senior living facilities is required. This position will be responsible for the overall management of multiple projects and to market services to existing and prospective clients. Candidates must be experienced in managing architecture teams, and must also have proven marketing experience and the ability to not only manage, but lead a successful architectural team. NOTES: Employer will assist with relocation costs Requirements Knowledge of International Building Codes is required. AutoCAD, ADT and/or Revit proficiency is required, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong communication and organization skills are also required. AIA membership and LEED AP is preferred. Professional degree from an accredited school of architecture or equivalent experience is required. AIA membership preferred. CAD proficiency required. Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, and scheduling software.
