HNTB Federal Services Corporation is looking for an Architecture Project Manager to be involved in smaller size projects. Responsible for the coordination of administrative aspects of the project to assure that the projects assigned are completed within the schedule and budget. Interface with the client on these aspects. May provide technical interface on projects of moderate complexity and smaller size. Shares project managerial responsibility with PM II and Sr PM. Responsible for the coordination of administrative aspects of the project to assure that the projects assigned are completed within the schedule and budget. May provide technical interface on projects of moderate complexity and smaller size. Actively manage client?s budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts on smaller projects. Responsible for hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, performance review, work allocation, training and mentoring of staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture plus 8 years of experience.
