Large Financial institution seeking Loan Processors. Candidates will processes mortgage loans including: Opening the file; Ordering documentation; Prequalifying applicant; Preparing disclosure statements; Submitting loan for approval, produce all Federal Compliance customer documentation - Commitment Letters, Counter- Offers and Notice Of Incompleteness. MUST have mortgage experience and Reconciliation experience is a PLUS!
