Job Description:
 A company providing in vitro diagnostic products to hospital, commercial and clinical laboratories, and blood donor centers seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 3+ years’ related business experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to business partners in a manufacturing environment to include: Business planning, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, capital expenditures programs, cost-benefit analysis and process improvements. Prepare business recommendations based on financial analysis. May represent function in meetings with other functional areas. Assist with the coordination of monthly closings with respective managers within their functional areas to assure the fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments placed through the purchasing systems, analyzing expense trends and establishing expense accruals where appropriate. Prepare relevant account analysis in accordance with G/L responsibility. Maintain appropriate databases or other analysis to monitor, forecast and report on headcount within the functional areas. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree (prefer major in Accounting/Finance); CPA, CMA, M.B.A. a plus. Experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment strongly desired. Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel, General Ledger and other integrated computer applications is required. Process excellence experience preferred.
