Job Description:
A large, growing national firm whose work reflects an enduring commitment to its clients is seeking an Interior Designer – Architecture.
Responsibilities:
1. Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development input as part of a project team.
2. Interaction with and presentation to clients and participation in appropriate meetings.
3. Coordination with project teams and developers.

Job Requirements:
1. BA in architecture and architectural license needed.
2. Minimum 10-15 years experience in the design of major commercial, institutional and corporate projects.
3. Must have working knowledge of Title 24, ADA Code Compliance Regulations, and relevant governmental agency processing of plans as it relates to project requirements.
4. Good business and financial understanding.
5. Must have working knowledge of contractual relationships and document linkages.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills, motivated self-starter, thorough knowledge of commercial project constructability.
7. Must show an understanding of the appropriate project processes, and be able to demonstrate design team leadership.
8. Must demonstrate understanding of working within established business parameters and meeting project objectives within those same parameters.
9. Must show ability to problem solve, both individually and as part of a project team.
10. Must show ability to make client presentations and carry out required follow-up.
11. Must show ability to be involved on multiple project teams.
