Responsibilities
As Cost Control Analyst, you will report to the Senior Associate, Cost Control, and assist in analyzing, restructuring, developing and maintaining the cost accounting system. Additional specifics are as follows:
* Assist in maintaining and updating bills of material.
* Monitor, analyze and maintain the accuracy of standard costing of material, equipment, labor and fixed assets etc.
* Support problem-solving and improvement on standard costing.
* Utilize data stored in the company's AS400 system with MAPICS software.
* Investigate cost issues in the plant, working with industrial engineering personnel.

Job Requirements:
* Experience with standard cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience in a high volume standard cost environment.
* Working Knowledge of / experience with AS400 with MAPICS software.
* Excellent MS Excel skills.
* Tier One auto manufacturing experience / plastic processing.
* Working knowledge of JIT system / lean manufacturing.
