Job Description:
Atkinson Implements is accepting applications for the positon of Service Manager. This challenging and rewarding position is responsible for the day to day operation of a
high-pace agricultural service department of 9 -10 personnel.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling customer repairs
- Determining staffing and equipment requirements
- Direct supervision of all employees in the service shop
- Answer customer calls regarding service issues
- Review and finalize service orders, address customer billing issues
- Address all Factory Warranty issues, in cooperation with warranty administrator
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the agricultural machinery industry. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated management skills. (I.e. ability to lead, direct, motivate and supervise team members)
- Effective interpersonal, organization, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a professional, friendly workplace with high emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills
** Heavy Duty Mechanic Trade Certification and Air Conditioning MOPIA Certification considered an asset *
