Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for managing retail agency relationship, production fees, and agency fees. - Work with firm's general advertising agency of record to ensure that messaging from mass market campaign tactics are effectively translated into consistent messages across retail and e-tail outlets. - Identify merchandising and collateral opportunities/strategies and initiate projects accordingly. - Lead the refinement and/or development of product packaging, self-install kits, and product collateral materials. - Identify bi-lingual/Hispanic needs and manage creation of in-language tactics. - Responsible for merchandising at non-traditional retail-oriented locations, such as special events, tradeshows, etc. - Responsible for managing communications between Marketing, National Account Managers and Retail Sales field representatives. - Primary field liaison responsible for managing all communication efforts pertaining to corporate retail marketing initiatives Report to: Senior Director, Marketing Communications. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration is required. - 3-5 years of full-service agency account service experience, primarily for consumer products advertising; some client-side experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Strong knowledge of retail merchandising and collateral. - Knowledge of cable and/or TV programming industry a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work. - Excellent organizational skills with a close attention to detail.
