Responsibilities: - Developing and executing technology alliance partnerships, business development programs and strategy for company's Retail Point of Sale (POS) portfolio. The role will interface with the relevant global divisions, company sales force, company channel and the marketplace all with goal to attain financial metrics for the company Retail Point of Sale portfolio. - Involved through the whole product life-cycle analyzing the competition, developing and executing programs, positioning the portfolio and segmenting the market. - Working throughout the company Retail Point of Sale portfolio life-cycle from conception through introduction to evolution, you'll be responsible for driving technology partnerships & alliances, ISV relationships, and business development partnerships ensuring that our portfolio meets and beats targets and grows faster than those of our competitors. - Managing technology partnership & alliance programs, setting strategy, influencing relationships with strategic partners and working directly product teams across company business units. Requirements: - A Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing or non-business/technical field of study. - 2 years of experience in B2B Channel Marketing or B2B sales required. - Experience and knowledge include in consulting, working closely with senior management, a broad range of marketing experience, familiar with product solutions, strong technical and sales understanding of consumer and channel needs, broad knowledge of marketing and program implementation, knowledge of industry norms and opportunities, understanding of product life cycle, ability to evaluate market & negotiate business contracts, in depth knowledge of marketing elements (product pricing, promotion, and positioning). - Experience in technology and alliance partnership management is preferred.
