Job Description:
Develop strategic account plans, which incorporate a detailed understanding of each account business strategy and organizational structure. Maintain executive level contacts within each key account. Maintain monthly activity reports and related sales forecasts. Communicate all account product requirements and work with Marketing Manager to develop account specific marketing and product strategies. Participate in relevant industry trade shows and/or specialized training seminars. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or business is required. An MBA degree is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a gas related field, particularly Mechanical Rooms, Parking Garages, IAQ or Refrigeration applications. Business Development experience is required. Project or Product Management experience Service Business experience. Experience in the formulation of market analysis, strategy and development. Experience in monitoring competitive activity, understanding market trends and customer needs. Ability to promote a healthy teaming environment and cross functional and cross cultural teams. Ability to engage and work with external companies to develop business concepts and partnerships/acquisitions to achieve mutually beneficial business results. Ability to engage and communicate with potential customers to determine effective value propositions and business forecasts. Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and self motivated, results oriented person with a strong bias for action.
