Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and manage cross-functional product launch efforts. - Understand company's product capabilities and stay up-to-date with enhancements in order to develop product positioning and messaging. - Develop field enablement strategies and create required sales tools and related content for sales organization. - Create innovative marketing and lead-generation programs. - Create marketing collateral, such as data sheets, whitepapers and case studies. - Work closely with sales and pre-sales organization to optimally position company's products and help close customer sales. - Support AR and PR outreach as company spokesperson and product expert Support annual and biannual business planning. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering is required, An MBA degree is preferred; experience in financial services or life sciences industry a plus. - 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in technology products including 5+ years of specifically in product marketing; experience in business intelligence/analytics industry and/or enterprise software preferred. - Experience marketing software to IT roles desirable. - Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communications skills; business writing and technical writing experience. - Self starter with the ability to define success metrics and drive self and organization to meet them. - Results-oriented individual with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and demonstrated pattern of accountable decision making. - Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within specific timeframes. -- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies / new product capabilities and to translate them into value propositions. - Willingness to travel.
