The success full candidate will be responsible for the daily production, reporting of metrics on a daily and month basis and continuously improving the processes. Menlo operations are based on a LEAN operating system and expectations of the successful candidate to be to instill and cultivate a lean, continuous improvement culture based on the lean principles. Responsibilities of the position include: Ensure safe work environment for all employees Lead activities with cross functional team Mentor and coach associates Ensure employees are well trained and cross trained Drive Lean Warehousing System in department Identify and lead continuous improvement projects as required Interact and communicate with customer on daily basis Provide daily, weekly and monthly metrics to management Exceeding customer metrics (cost, quality, and responsiveness) Auditing standard operating procedures regularly Effectively interact/communicate with management team Other tasks as assigned Job Requirements: Requirements: College Degree or 3-5 years supervisory experience in a production or warehousing environment (lean concepts a plus) Entrepreneurial mindset, creative think outside the box approach Advanced Problem Solving skills.
