Determines and advises internal and external personnel of the logistics resources required to support equipment, safety, personnel and maintenance. Identifies supply sources to meet technical requirements. Analyzes and evaluates highly complex design concepts and integration support requirements to determine if concepts satisfy support requirements. Approves and oversees the implementation, monitoring and adjustment of solutions to ensure the integration of support considerations as needed. Consults with business development, field support and customer service to handle complex issues and ensure that customer requirements are met. Researches and analyzes technology and distribution network trends and updates to remain current in the industry. Presents recommendation(s) for change, upgrade or new technology to senior management and implements/oversees as appropriate. Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred Nine or more years of logistics engineering experience Experience working with department/account's business objectives Experience working with engineering, supply, and configuration management processes with respect to logistics.
