Job Description: Summary: Supervise and coordinates activities of employees engaged in air export operations and ensures profitability by performing the following duties personally or through department employees. Assigns specific duties to employees as required. Ensures all employees are fully trained in all aspects of their job as well as cross-trained in other areas when possible. Assists employee in the export department with any questions or situations that arise with shipments, customer s requests, vendors. Prepare and provide customers with rate quotations. Ensures customer profiles are accurate and updates. Maintains employee records and completes yearly employee performance reviews. Assists and answers customer inquires and other related customer service functions. Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiencies, reduces waste and improve performance to our customers. Ensure employees comply with rate and service requirements established by customers.
