We are searching for a Reverse Logistics Supervisor 2nd Shift to add to our growing team. Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to: ESSENTIAL DUTIES Contribute to company overall strategies and goals Show initiative and make suggestions for improving processes Establish good communication with customers, vendors and employees Meet or exceed all established KPI s and SLA s Manage employee issues, Kronos, concerns and productivity Recognize employee performance Provide an environment that promotes involvement and develop a method of tracking results Establish a pattern of continuous improvement and work within accepted quality guidelines Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures Excellent verbal/written communication skills Work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks with complex deadlines preferred Implement team building exercises to promote growth and company improvement Identify leaders among team members for additional growth opportunities Develop and perform in a team environment and work with multiple internal customers Problem solve Lead and motivate team members to meet or exceed production expectations on hourly/daily basis To be successful in the role of Reverse Logistics Supervisor 2nd Shift.
