Job Description:
Supervise Tool Room employees. Plan and scheudle jobs to be performed. Maintain tooling equipment for optimum performance. Troubleshoot and resolve tooling problems. Hands on involvement, including plan and perform all required bench, heat treating, and machine operations as needed.
Job Requirements:
Blueprint and schematics interpretation.
Excellent supervisory and motivational skills.Extensive tool room experience including tooling and mold making practices.
