Ryder is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager who will be responsible for all account management, customer service satisfaction and maintenance of employee relations and development. Collaborate with other members of the management team to improve efficiency and productivity. Responsible for management and improvement of services provided to customers, as well as the development and implementation of customer performance measurements. Management responsibility for the Home Depot account, include safety issues, profit and loss, assessment, development, and continuous improvement activities at site. Management of day-to-day customer interface and operation of on-site management. Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Logistics, Organizational Development, Transportation or related field is required. A minimum of two to five years of related experience is also required. Must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical ability.
