Job Description:


Responsibilities: Supervise International, Returns and Database teams. Communicate all pertinent information to the group and oversee workload distribution, phone coverage and performance of the group. Enforces BSC divisional returns policies. Develop, update, review and approve SOPs and work instructions. Responsible for monitoring calls ensuring quality standards are met as well as service levels. Responsible for updating metrics, monitoring errors and ensuring quality customer service to internal and external customers. Work closely with International Distribution Centers on any service delays. Works closely with DC Operations on any internal service delays. Work closely with Product Managers to ensure smooth transition of products from development to active sales status including such stages as allocation status, limited release and controlled distribution. Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries concerning returns issues. Works with Distribution Returns department to resolve open / discrepant return issues. Ensures that Group Lead is monitoring phone calls and providing feedback. Complete CAPA phases in accordance with SOP guidelines. Work with teams to identify and execute process improvements. Assists Management with special projects and HR issues. Acts as back-up for Customer Service Manager. Leads department staff communication Meetings as necessary. Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Boston Scientific’s Quality Policy, Quality System, and the appropriate regulations for the area they support. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.Education and Training: Bachelors Degree plus 2-4 years of related work experience or an equivalent of education and work experience.Previous Experience: 3-5 years Customer Service Experience and 1-2 years of Supervisory experience.Special Skills: Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Impromptu is required.
