Dispatcher Logistics Supervisor Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania Right now, we are seeking third shift Dispatch Logistics Supervisor that will be located in Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania. This position will support an automotive parts delivery operation that makes deliveries to 250 dealerships in the northeast area. Specifically this role will run the third shift operation with three (3) dockworkers and twenty (20) drivers. This role is responsible for interfacing with drivers, dispatching and managing trip changes, tracking and equipment maintenance; fleet verification; monitoring routes/lanes, closing trips, completing administrative tasks, and providing customer service. Other duties include: delegation of work assignments, employee communication; goal setting, training new and existing employees, performance management and individual development plans of direct reports; administering disciplinary actions; handling employee relation issues & resolution; safety management & reporting; quality assurance; audits, process improvements initiatives; cost containment accountability; manual invoice preparation; approves work time reporting and overtime pay reports; handles temporary staff reconciliation.
