This position is accountable for the overall performance of an Auto Claim Department. Responsible for providing effective leadership to meet claims expectations, including clearly communicating Corporate/Claim Department goals and objectives as they relate to the Indianapolis Personal Lines Claim Service Center. The Claims Manager must successfully drive high quality functional expertise and customer satisfaction throughout the organization. The individual develops and recommends improvements while managing and implementing change initiatives from an overall claim perspective. They must be able to inspire and motivate the team to achieve optimal performance and skill development utilizing best practices in talent management. In addition, the manager has accountability for creating and sustaining a work environment that is inclusive, positive, and stresses personal accountability. This person will work collaboratively with other departments to help the organization achieve higher levels of quality functional expertise. WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
