Company, has an immediate need for a workers' compensation claims supervisor in our Harrisburg, PA regional office.Individual will develop and coach the claims staff, provide technical expertise, and ensure that both internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, five to seven years of claims handling experience, three to five years supervisory experience, and extensive knowledge of statutes and policy language. Individual should possess effective communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently as a member of a team and independently.
