We invite you to consider joining our winning team!THE JOB OPPORTUNITY:Underwriting ManagerWE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: * Manage a team of underwriters and assistants * Work closely with branch management to sustain effective and efficient underwriting process* Serve as the primary contact to carrier company underwritersWE EXPECT THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO: * Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing * Implement underwriting policies under the direction of the Branch Manager and ensure compliance with these policies* Be accountable for producing business in the assigned territories * Underwrite new and renewal business * Be technologically savvy and data driven and develop those capabilities in their team.
