Job Description:
Monitor staff adherence to the Facility/Branch Self Audit Program and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance. * Monitor staff adherence to the Facility/Branch Settlement Offer Program and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance. * Monitor staff adherence to the Facility/Branch Property Re-inspection Program and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance. * In conjunction with Home Office Claims, Regional Administration and Regional Claims, establish and report on goals and objectives. Develop and implement short, medium and long range plans. Supervise, monitor communications between, and resolve conflicts involving Facility Departments. * Work individually with supervisory and other key employees to develop staff and monitor their technical, administrative and interpersonal skills. Implement necessary education and training to develop and chart staff career paths. * Responsible for Human Resources matters including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and new employee orientation; prepare performance appraisals, salary reviews and disciplinary actions in accordance with established company policies and procedures. * Resolve agency, Insurance Department, insured and customer complaints.
