Job Description:
Ensure adequate training is provided to staff to meet and adhere to department and servicing guidelines. Identify and knowledgeably solve exceptions to more complicated technical and operational problems beyond the scope of the vendor, processors or specialists. Utilize Coaching and feedback to maximize staff success. Recommend and implement changes as it relates to personnel, process efficiencies or investor/insurer updates. Ensure Policy and Procedures are maintained. Oversee and assist with team member development and workflow. Keep informed of new developments and policies that would impact the unit. Manage to department budget and participate in forecasting. Manage vendor performance by conducting regular meetings, providing tools and guidance, as well as future capacity needs. Manage staff performance. Perform other job related duties and special projects as required. NOTE The information within this description is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work. Specifications / Qualifications • BA/BS Degree preferred or direct related work experience required. • 2+ years supervisory experience encouraged. • Strong knowledge of claims, investor, and insurer guidelines. • Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to customers. • Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and decision making skills. • Strong analytical, organizational with focus on details, and problem solving skills.
