Job Description:
Directly manages the LTD management team, as well as responsibility for a Clinical Staff. Also serves as part of the leadership team to support the office vision and targeted culture. Successful incumbents will be responsible for: Driving a high performance culture, organizational values, vision, strategies that support business metrics and staffing models. Making sound and timely decisions for organization, considering risks, benefits, alternatives, stakeholder perspectives, organizational impacts and alignment to overall goals. Performance management, developing talent, building bench strength, and succession planning. Sound financial and risk management of active claim block consisting of 12,000+ LTD claims with associated disabled lives reserves. Exceptional service delivery measured by responsiveness, timeliness, accuracy, customer satisfaction, achievement of performance guarantees Compliance with contract, administrative best practices, state and federal regulatory requirements Sales growth and retention including active involvement in the acquisition and implementation of new employer accounts and stewardship of active accounts Qualifications.
