ICW underwrites a significant amount of contract surety bonds that play an important role in financially ensuring completion of public, federal and private construction projects and assurance that subcontractors, suppliers and laborers are paid. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that Staff carry out ICW\'s legal obligations responsibly and cost-effectively.
