We are an employee owned organization that has customers throughout the United States. Currently we are seeking a Personal Lines Client Manager position in our Danbury, CT office. This is a full time, non-exempt position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer telephone and in-person inquiries from new and existing customers Explain coverage to insured\'s giving clear and accurate information Seek out enhancements to current coverage Rating of customers using EZLynx and carrier websites Written communication with customers and carriers Document all phone calls and conversations Issue ID Cards Billing and Policy inquires on carrier websites Servicing customers using Applied Systems, eTFile, and Microsoft Office Skills Needed: Experience in customer service Strong Computer Skills Professional communication skills Ability to display smile over the phone Detailed oriented Professional appearance Organized Team.
