Ensures integration of assigned courseware and knowledge assets across the LCIC functional centers. Identifies, resolves and corrects issues relating to currency, quality, consistency, and integration of knowledge assets within and across related functional areas and the respective career field or portfolio. Maintains configuration management and control of all assigned courseware and knowledge products. 5. Reviews student and faculty assessment data and related metrics to assess and report the status of courseware to the Center Director. 6. Design, compose and update assigned guidebooks, handbooks, and other curriculum support media, and generates requirements for new media and other reference material for the assigned portfolio of courses. 7. Serves as an IPT member on the Business and Cost Estimating Functional Integrated Product Team (BCEFM O-FIPT and Cost sub-FIPT).; and coordinates with other career field FIPTs to insure proper integration of acquisition management knowledge products across the PLM. 8. Approves and maintains configuration control of Terminal Learning Objectives (TLO) and Enabling Learning Objectives (ELO) for assigned curricula, consistent with FIPT approved performance outcomes and workforce competencies. As a DAU faculty member, you will teach and facilitate higher levels of learning for the Department of Defense AT&L workforce. You will present and facilitate instruction both in classroom and through web-based or virtual learning modes. In support of this function you will: (1) develop and conduct lectures, cases, simulations, workshops and field trips, (2) prepare course material (student and instructor) according to current instructional systems design methodology and applied technology, (3) develop course schedules and arrange for guest speakers, (4) develop and analyze student assessments and provide student mentoring to insure the highest degree of learning. In support of the DAU mission, you will also be required to provide performance support through consulting efforts to Defense Department, military services and other federal agencies providing technical guidance and assistance on various topics, including those of unusual complexity or without precedence.
