Candidates for this position must identify in their resume that they possess one year of specialized experience and training that provided knowledge of, and skill in applying, supervisory or managerial skills in a wide range of physical and force protection laws, regulations, policies, directives, concepts, principles, practices, and procedures along with the ability to resolve difficult and complex security problems; to plan, coordinate and conduct briefings and training on a wide range of force protection issues; knowledge of Mission Essential Vulnerable Areas, terrorist threat targets, methods, counter-measures, and Force Protection Programs; to, resolve, plan, or recommend multi-layered security systems; to integrate a variety of state-of-the-art security devices and equipment in planning and implementing protective methods and security procedures to reduce a facilities vulnerability; and the ability to apply sound business practices involving metrics, customer focus, and quality management principles and practices. **The Army Civilian Education System (CES) is a structured, progressive, sequential program which broadens the targeted civilian educational training base.
