Specialized experience is defined as: 1)Experience serving as Project Manager over Civil Works, navigation, or flood control structures by controlling, coordinating, and executing assigned projects. 2)Experience coordinating the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental restoration for large scale engineering projects. 3)Experience controlling and managing project milestones and budgets from planning through construction and initial operations. 4)Experience applying extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods and practices as well as methods, practices and processes of engineering and science disciplines or other experience that is in or related to the position being filled. The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management's basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement. Your pay will be set within the range specified in this vacancy announcement and will be based on your qualification, education, experience, training, and availability of funds. NSPS positions are excluded from time-in-grade restrictions.
