Responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries and problems are resolved by staff in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the highest service quality standards. Answer staff questions and provide assistance as needed, take escalated calls, and provide feedback to the Manager. 50% Develop attendance schedule and ensure schedule adherence. Identify existing or potential employee, productivity, efficiency, and/or servicing issues which negatively impact the department or borrowers, and present recommendations for possible proactive solutions. Ensure that all Loan Counselors meet all established performance standards. Assist in providing on-going training to enhance the Loan Counselor\'s service quality through side-by-side and/or silent monitoring providing one-on-one feedback to the Loan Counselor. 25% Monitor dialer activity to maintain volume standards. Assist Manager with OE reports and other production reports. This position must be flexible between the day and evening shift as needed by the department Manager. Adhere to the department and company code of conduct at all times. Requirements 4-6 years Mortgage Experience required. 2-4 years Loss Mitigation or Mortgage Collections preferred. Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software.
