Determine additional training needed and identify the strengths and weaknesses of agents. Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings. Respond to escalated issues, understand and be able to clearly explain the WorldMark Product and Club Guidelines. Respond to each Owner concern as a priority, resolving Owner problems by clarifying the cause, selecting the best solution and expediting the correction and following up to ensure resolution. Monitor and distribute non-phone related work, and manage unplanned projectss Research, review, and make recommendations on Owner contract cancellation requests Process bi-weekly payroll Respond to after hours calls to the WorldMark emergency line Assist department manager planning department budget, and variance analysis Additional Information  Owner Services is part of an inbound call center, and work schedules are determined by the department phone hours. Some evening and weekend work may be required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Required Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2 year college; or 6 months to 1 year related education and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the industry. Previous supervisor experience or 2 years experience within Owner Services Department Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a call center environment. Computer experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Maintain a positive, helpful demeanor under stressful circumstances. Ability to negotiate solutions. Ability to listen while focusing on solutions. Exceptional customer service skills Strong written communication, ability to write professional letters using proper grammar and correct spelling. Ability to communicate with owners and internal customers in a courteous and professional manner.
