Development of staff and self through regular meetings and one-to-one interfacing.Conduct quarterly/annual APEX reviews to ensure performance expectations are set, monitored and executed.Maintain a high performance workforce (Top grade).Execute change initiatives.Create environment for open, continuous and proactive communication.Direct supervision, leadership, coaching and direct daily supervision for one or more Asset Manager(s) of a single or multi-site Asset Advantage Program.Maintain open communications with the A2 Manager in order to address any issues that require upper management interaction.Conduct quarterly/annual APEX review of A2 manager to ensure performance expectations are set, monitored and executed.Conduct weekly meetings with A2 manager to review contractual responsibilities, utilization reports, overtime and loss percentages. Conduct monthly meetings with A2 manager and site POC to review monthly utilization reports and address any issues.Conduct quarterly review of A2 contract with site POC. Review account utilization percentage, loss percentage and total number of assets managed.Assume the responsibilities of the A2 manager during extended absence due to vacation, illness or training.Direct responsibility for assigned inventory accuracy. Ensure rapid and accurate work order completion.Must demonstrate, instruct and ensure the strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.Monitor the implementation of all continuous improvement initiatives.Directly responsible for the achievement of all key and operational measures - in the areas of safety, development, customer satisfaction, operational improvements, and cost containment.
