Job Description:
This position will also be responsible for the ownership setting up and maintaining all Customer Master data in SAP. Additional responsibilities include communicating with customers, 3rd party fulfillment partner, and internal departments. Responsibilities: * Manage sales order flow through SAP or a manual process * Validate all incoming orders for accuracy relating to quantity, price and delivery * Verify transmission and receipt of all sales order with fulfillment partner * Work with fulfillment partner to ensure all orders have been shipped confirmed and delivered * Work with Operations to ensure product availability * Work with Sales and Operations on any International customer needs * Communicate with customers directly on status of orders * Set up and maintain customer master data in SAP * Report to management shipment status on all orders * Manage work flow as it relates to issuing invoices * Work with Sales to help determine reorder quantities * Work with Sales and Operations to develop KPIs for all areas of responsibility * Liaise with accounting to create and maintain a SAP ordering system. * Gain thorough understanding of third party requirements and systems to develop and utilize best practices About Brash Entertainment Brash Entertainment is a video game production company focused on developing compelling, high-quality games based on theatrical and original intellectual property. By collaborating closely with top creative talent from both Hollywood and the game industry, Brash delivers deeply satisfying games that extend the filmmakers' vision into the best possible entertainment experience for gamers. * 2-4 Years of Customer Service and/or role in managing 3rd Party relationships * Knowledge of video game or home video customer base * Working knowledge of EDI processes and flow * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience in working with SAP and Microsoft applications * Experience in procurement processes, distribution, freight and logistics a plus * The ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment.
