Seeks a Customer Service Manager with 3+ years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will ensure a timely response to all customer inquiries. Responsible for customer contact and support activities, including phone calls with customers, providing quotations, and submitting complete and accurate teardown and work-scope evaluation reports on a weekly basis. Responsible for supporting Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) activities for assigned customers. Performs sales and production order management processes including order release, completion and other data planning functions as required in the ERP system. Supports shipping and transportation activities for all parts and materials coming in and out of the plant. Coordinates with the operations support organization to insure customer delivery requirements are met. Coordinates with sales/marketing to insure customer quotes are received in a timely manner. Distributes status reports to assigned customers on a daily and/or weekly basis and provides commitments to customers for delivery and program support. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. MRP/ERP experience is strongly preferred.
